Our professionally trained drivers provide assistance from the moment they arrive at your door until you’re safely settled at your destination. This means helping you lock your door behind you, managing mobility devices, and walking with you to the lobby entrance of your destination.
When your appointment ends, your driver will be waiting to reverse the process—assisting you back to the vehicle, securing your wheelchair or walker, and helping you safely back to your home. Our drivers receive specialized training in working with individuals who have mobility limitations, cognitive challenges, or medical equipment needs. This level of care preserves your independence while providing reliable support.
We serve seniors, adults, children, and students with disabilities, wheelchair users, and anyone requiring ambulatory assistance. Our clients include individuals attending recurring medical appointments like dialysis three times weekly, cancer treatment sessions, post-surgery rehabilitation, and routine doctor visits. In addition to non-emergency medical transportation, Tootl provides riders with transportation for family events, parties, corporate functions, and any event that helps our clients live fulfilling lives.
We also partner with assisted living communities, memory care facilities, senior living organizations, and disability service providers. Families often call us when a loved one can no longer drive safely but wants to maintain independence. Case managers and social workers coordinate with us for clients needing consistent, dependable transportation.
Our ADA-compliant fleet includes vehicles with hydraulic wheelchair lifts and ramps. Each vehicle features Q’Straint wheelchair securement systems—the same four-point tie-down systems used in hospital transport—along with approved lap and shoulder restraints.
Interiors accommodate power wheelchairs, manual wheelchairs, scooters up to 48 inches long, and walkers. Vehicles are climate-controlled and regularly maintained in accordance with strict safety inspection schedules. We track vehicle maintenance digitally to confirm each vehicle meets our safety standards before every shift.
We recommend scheduling rides 24-48 hours in advance, though we can accommodate same-day requests, subject to driver availability. We accept most major credit/debit cards for private pay clients and can invoice organizations directly. Our staff explains applicable coverage before your first ride.
We understand that plans sometimes change unexpectedly, especially when dealing with health concerns or family needs. To help us serve all our clients reliably, please cancel by 6:00 pm the evening before your scheduled ride. (Please note that holiday policies may differ slightly.) If circumstances prevent you from canceling before this time, a no-show fee equal to your one-way fare will apply. (Specific fees may vary.)

An additional family member or caregiver can join a rider at no additional charge. Additional passengers are charged at regular rates. Just mention this when booking so we can assign an appropriately sized vehicle.
